For the first time in my life one of my dude friends actually said I’m a good dancer. No Azael, it’s just that I can do a body roll decently/not too shabby, but I wouldn’t put myself on the level of… good.
But that really flattered me for a second.
So that’s a couple of things I need to remember to prevent being flattered:

okay-yeah:
YES! today I ran repeat miles and: 1st mile - 5:21 2nd mile - 5:25 Last mile - 5:11 I’m freaking happy right now! 5:11!!! :’) I was dead after running the 2nd mile but the strangers at the park were rooting for me, so it reminded me that people were watching :) I tend to run a bit harder when I know that people are watching.. it’s just the truth.

Jk, but I liked stone/wood flooring (mostly stone) especially because it reminds me of our home in the Philippines. Cold feet, nice and calloused, so who needs slippers.

Mini-New Year's Celebration with the XC people?
I remember on the last day before Christmas break (wait— holiday break, what ever), it was the guys in the locker room
heartily and merrily chanting the notes (because we don’t know the lyrics) to Auld Lang Syne. Like a group hug, but less awkward and more socially acceptable. Still a touching scene, in my opinion.

wow, laugh track
I just went on Youtube and there’s a whole bunch of videos of shows that had a laugh track removed or vise versa. (I found a ton of Friends and Big Bang Theory clips de-laugh-tracked… so maybe people just don’t like Friends or Big Bang Theory)
To make a point they put the laugh track on movies, too. Interesting.

There’s a lot of things in the world that people take for granted and have no idea how they actually work. I for one have no clue how the internet works or even how a wireless router works. So having an app that tells me this stuff, should I want to know, is pretty convenient. If your a fan of the Discovery Channel then you could easily spend hours using this app.

as much as I’d love to invest in dancing— don’t get me wrong, I like me my mini-shuffle battles with the other runners after a great run and meet— I simply don’t have the resources. I don’t have the space, I should say.
But dang, when I get moving when I’m home alone, it’s a feeling like no other. No one there to judge me. No one to restrain...
